- 用嫩豆腐
- 豆腐切成三角状
- 热锅下油，把豆腐煎至金黄
- 加入生抽，老抽，盐翻炒
- 加入水，盖过一半豆腐，盖锅盖焖
- 待到水快收尽，加入芹菜，小米椒，姜，蒜翻炒，可以将豆腐弄成小块以提高入味
